SHAPE sit/stand desk with LINAK® frame – also available with battery

The SHAPE desk range with frames from LINAK® is characterised by a stylish design, a time-saving and an intuitive assembly and high LINAK® performance and quality.

The LINAK® frame (DF3) is a newly developed intuitive frame solution for desks with two legs. Its integrated underframe gathers motor, electronics and cables, ie. only the power cord and the control panel cord are visible.

The series consists of desks with round, height-adjustable columns (triple-extension) with invisible sliders that contribute to a stylish look. The matching feet complete the design.

The desk is not only pleasing to look at but also highly functional and offers the following features:

• Quick height-adjustment speed lets you easily vary and optimise your work day – feel more energetic, intensify your focus and prevent back injuries, sore muscles and poor posture
• Quick and easy assembly of underframe/desk due to a time-saving click function – see the film below
• The frame is produced in Denmark and Austria  from European steel, 29% of which is recycled, ensuring a lower CO2 footprint
• Lightweight frame due to the use of composite materials in the frame and cantilevers (up to 6 kg lighter than a standard frame), which also contributes to a lower CO2 footprint
• Silent height-adjustment speed due to one internally-positioned and protected motor
• Intuitive operation (model DPG1K from LINAK®) with tilt function which means that you can adjust your desk withot having to look at the control panel. The design fits all modern types of workplaces
• Soft start/stop function ensures that the desk stops/starts without delay
• Anti-Collision = anti-squeeze protection ensures that nothing gets pinched as the desk automatically moves up (or down) when sensing resistance
• Low standby wattage
• And last but not least – desk tops in various shapes, finishes, and colours with options for different accessories.

NOTE! SHAPE frame with battery

SHAPE is also available in a version with a battery, which is a very practical solution if you want to avoid cable clutter.

The DF1 LINAK® frame – in the same design as SHAPE – is equipped with a LINAK BA001 battery, which is a high-performance lithium-ion battery with 2,15 Ah capacity. The battery box is fitted with diodes to indicate the capacity level, and an audible alarm alerts you when the battery needs recharging. A mounting bracket for easy battery replacement is provided as standard.

How often the battery needs to be charged or replaced depends greatly on how far the column is extended and how much weight is on the desk.
